<>Coolart House bird report:

Not a lot to report, water bird wise but Yellow billed and Royal spoon bills on the creek, occasional White-necked Heron and Great Egret, Chestnut Teal and Grey Teal and a few Swamphens.

Black shouldered Kites, Brown Goshawk. Flame Robins are back and as always plenty of bush birds.

But as you all know a lovely place to visit.

Don't forget Balnarring Primary School Wetlands. I'm not sure if the Freckled Duck are still there but a lone wood sandpiper was - its mate must have headed north.

Lots of water birds there.

Wait a minute it's actually raining ..... it really is no kidding mates, real rain, real real rain.

If you don't know where I'm talking about then go to www.google.com and type in the full place name,

Ooroo from JAG in the land of Oz, Victoria Australia. Potters off to get some Oz bird stamps to post to the troops then check out me "pele cans". Oh look they 've caught a soccer eye salmon :^D>>>
