Brian and All,
In winter our dark Grey Fantails are joined by lighter coloured individuals.
For some time I thought it was that the former were northerners and the
light ones southerners. Now I am of the opinion the colour is dependent on
the habitat and therefore suspect that they return to their regular patch
each year.
Any banding work show up anything on this?
