I have just moved from the village of Wongarbon, 17km east of Dubbo, to a 300 acre property 20km south of Dubbo. The house is a rambling (read HUUUGE) old homestead situated 2km from the main road (no neighbours!) The property was conservatively cleared with a wide corridor of old timber (River Red Gum and Yellow Box) along the creek bordered by White Box on the slightly higher ground. The house is situated slap bang in the middle of this corridor. At the front of the property is a another wide corridor of White Box with yet more White Box at the back of the property and on the rolling hills just off the driveway. Good timber also exists on the
