I was watching a big band of showers coming across northern Vic yesterday
afternoon, looked most promising unless one looked outside at the 500m
visibility dust storm - all we got was about 1 minute of mud.  The
Yarrawonga radar was quite fooled by the dust.   But I agree on the 2
occasions this year we have had rain, it was visible on the radar before it
got here.
