Common Pheasant at Werribee

Dear all,
On 4th October 2002 I encountered a male Common
Pheasant at Werribee Treatment Plant on the north side
of the Little River estuary. I took some photos and
have posted them at this URL:

I guess the bird was released there by someone or it
escaped from somewhere - who knows - but the photos
turned out well. And it certainly brightened up my
day!
