Sorry Steve, I didn't have that on my list.  In regards to obtaining access to 
the Admiralty Islands, boat trips will take you out to the islands and you can 
get close enough to make out some of the surface-nesters, however you aren't 
allowed to land on the island anymore, not even the locals (unless they get 
special permission from the LHI Board).  They had problems in the past with 
people taking sooty tern eggs and crushing shearwater and white-bellied 
strom-petrel burrows.
