I've met quite a few knowledgeable birders who have
never known what's meant by Cranky Fan. I think this

Rose-Crested Cockatoo is? I think I once dated Cranky
Anthea Fleming in chilly Ivanhoe (Vic).
Expected minimum 8 degrees tonight, and heading there
Lucky you eh? in all that warmth gee, I asked the
fella's on the picket line what it was last night and
they said 3 degrees C less wind chill factor, down at
the wharf that is. Still feathered Doona's and magpies
are wonderful for keeping you warm at night whilst
watching Brazil nuts play soccer.
