from Cairns (dep. 07.55 & 14.30 arriving at 09.55 & 16.30). Depart at
18.00 for overnight sail to Boigu Island.
Sun. 1 Sep
Arrive Boigu Is. early morning and bird ashore returning to boat
for meals. Stay two days one
night. Spend one or more days around the settlement, and part of second day at
creek on south coast.
Mon. 2 Sep Boigu. Sail (c.4 hrs.)
overnight to Dauan.
Tue. 3 Sep Dauan. Move to Saibai
(1.5 hrs.) after dark.
Wed. 4 Sep Saibai for two days and one night.
Thu. 5 Sep Depart Saibai after
dark for overnight sail to Darnley Island (12-14 hrs.).
Fri. 6 Sep Darnley
Island, stay two days and one night.
Sat. 7 Sep Depart Darnley
after dark for Dove Islet (7 hrs) and Warraber (Sue) Island enroute to Horn
Island.
Sun. 8 Sep Early morning ashore on
Dove Islet then move (2.5 hrs.) on to Warraber (Sue) Island for an afternoon
ashore. Overnight to Horn.
Mon. 9 Sep Arrive Horn Island 09.00. Fly
out at 10.15 or 15.20 (arr. Cairns 12.10 or 17.15).
