I guess that Hugo will reply with a more definitive statement, but my understanding is that all records that have been entered into the database by May will be included in the final publication. So you need to send all your outstanding forms in as soon as possible so that they can be vetted by the local ROs, and sent to Melbourne to be entered.

I have helped vet forms in the WA office. It amazes me that I sometimes vet forms from as long ago as late 1999! It makes it very hard to send them a query as they have long forgotten.
