When I last saw a Southern Scrub-robin in the Stirling Ranges, I saw one
making a high-pitched call when I approached it, like that of a
Quail-thrush. I think I have also heard them maake that call before in SA
or
in NSW before. This is very different than their more typical "chipperwee"
call.
