Freckled Ducks at Edithvale

Hi Michael and other birders

I visited Edithvale Wetlands yesterday, Wednesday at 2pm [in windy and
cold conditions] and saw two of the freckled ducks from the ramp outside
the hide.

They appeared to be sheltering from the wind somewhat to the left of the
ramp/hide close to near nesting boxes, but clearly visible and
occasionally moving toward the hide.

White-necked heron and blue-billed duck also present.

Cheers
