Last weekend I took a photo of a Brown Falcon at Werribee sewage farm,
Victoria. The falcon, a rufous phase bird, is wearing three colour
bands: black over green on the left leg and grey or silver on the
right. No numbers are visible.

Is this of interest to anyone? Should I report it to someone or
something?

It's a good photo so if anyone wants a copy, let me know and I'll email
it to you.

Cheers, Ian
