Hello everyone,

Yesterday's tern survey on the Caloundra sandbanks gave us a good haul.

Common Tern     4047            2 with orange leg flags
Little Tern     1409            one only noted in breeding plumage
White-winged Tern       5               these must be stragglers, the
rest have moved south
Crested Tern    71

Plus heaps of waders, but I haven't yet combined the list from all the sites.
