Here in Queensland we have Pat Comben, Ex Qld. Govt Environment and Heritage
Minister doing 5 min. segments on the News, whereby he advises people about
the relevant wildlife maters such as Magpie breeding season, suburban
birdlife, how to attract wildlife and methods of protection of our wonderful
wildlife etc.
He would be readily recognised in Qld. but for a National identity who would
be possible nominees? Wilson "Ironbar" Tuckey, John Laws, Alan Jones, Robert
Hill or for that matter Dame Edna? Provided she does not wear any plumes in
her hat.
