After reading your update on the Derby overflow could you please advise if
the "Wetland expert" included in the report an Environmental Impact
Statement.
Here in Qld. it would be required under current legislation, I'm not sure
what is in place in WA. I recall they have an excellent Coastal Mangement
Plan, would the Derby overflow be part of the CMP?
