I think it was Paul Peak who found a road killed pbq in Richmond early this
year .
 I at the time felt it would have been an aviary escapee, but many people
reported seeing them from as wide a places as Balwyn,  The Yarra river bike
tracks and Blackburn lake park (near were I live ) I ve never seen them in
suburbia myself  and would be interested to know  how often they are seen .
 A very lucky sighting in any case
