This was (along with various other choice epithets not
suitable for family chatlines) the obvious objection
voiced by a landowner/leaseholder I referred to
previously when searching for the Northern Shoveler
near Lawrence recently. Most are helpful, but there is
no doubt that govt in general and the various depts of
environment in particular are still viewed with fear
and loathing in some quarters - an attitude that won't
be easily overcome.
