Hi Birders,

Edwin Vella asked about the Brolga reported to be flying over Mangrove Mountain. The bird was seen by Barry & Kaye Pointer, flying over their property "Tathra Taila" Mangrove Mountain on 7 September 2000. They advise that the bird was flying north. This observation is the first recorded for the Central Coast since we had a description of the birds being present on Tugerah Lakes in 1837!
