Definately right about that. When we were stranded at Motwinji NP (check
spelling) (in NW NSW) 2 years ago due to heavy rain, the ranger said we
would get a $4000 fine (or some high amount) if we decided to leave. Having
another's day birding there still did not yield a Grey Falcon.
