Just a further note on the Zitting Cisticola -

Remember that the Atherton Tableland was dense rainforest 100 years ago so any
population there would be a ' recently' established one. Even today there is
still
a wide rainforest barrier along the eastern and southern sides (part of the
9,000 sq
km Wet Tropics Rainforest). Lake Tinaroo is about 700 metres above sea level.
Still, stranger things have happened which makes it all very interesting.
