It's interesting to see what "the usual" is.

Wow, fancy having Chestnut Rail, Green-backed Gerygones and Zitting Cisticola 
as the "locals", they are so different to the
"usual" in Sydney.

Of course we have great birds in Sydney that NT doesn't have, but Denise's 
email once again brings home geographical/location
differences.

Recent birding trips are turning up the usual variety - Chestnut Rail at
Stuart Park mangroves, Mangrove, Large-billed and Green-backed Gerygones
at the sewage pond, Zitting Cisticolas or at least glimpses of them, at
Leanyer Swamp.
