Me and a friend recently got back from a trip to Mt William National 
Park, in north-east Tasmania. A very good spot for birds. We didn't 
keep an actual birdlist, but here are the highlights I can remember:

Australian Shelduck
Shy Albatross?
Australasian Gannet
Great Cormorant
Australian Pelican
Brown Falcon
White-bellied Sea-eagle
Tasmanian Native Hen
Red-necked Stint
Pied Oystercatcher
Sooty Oystercatcher
Red-capped Plover
Hooded Plover
Masked Lapwing
Banded Lapwing
Pacific Gull
Fairy or Little Tern
Yellow-tailed Black-cockatoo
Green Rosella
Southern Boobook
Tawny Frogmouth
Laughing Kookaburra
Yellow Wattlebird
Crescent Honeyeater
Eastern Spinebill
White-fronted Chat
Scarlet Robin
Golden Whistler
Grey Fantail
Black-faced Cuckoo-shrike
Grey Butcherbird
Black Currawong
Forest Raven
Beautiful Firetail
