From Greg Roberts - bounced first time:

Fellow birders,

I am selling my bush property in the Brisbane Valley but this is NOT an ad.
I could make a packet by putting it on the market but would prefer to sell
it at cost or below to someone who won't bulldoze the 41 acres of native
vegetation and its 141 bird species (glossy black cockatoo, squatter pigeon,
masked and powerful owls, ground cuckoo-shrike, square-tailed kite et al),
26 mammals (rufous bettong, dunnart, planigale, koala et al), 28 reptiles
and 22 frogs. Bulldozing is precisely what potential buyers to date want to
do. If anyone is looking for a birdy weekender near Esk, an hour's drive
from Brisbane, pls e-mail.

I'd also be interested in hearing of records of masked owl from open
forest/woodland country in the eastern states.

Greg Roberts,
Brisbane
