The Pennsylvania Dep of Env Prot. has a peregrine website - they have a
pair of peregrines that frequent their building and have constructed a
"nest" for the birds.  They have a camera which photographs the site
every five minutes, and if you go to the site during the right time of
the day, you might see the peregrines ....

At the time of writing, it appears to be pre-dawn over there and one of
the birds appears to be perched on the side of the nest.
