Thanks Bob; yes the country extension is missing, the correct URL is
http://www.norfolkisland.nf
You need a passport to get there from Australia (even though it is an
Australian territory); there is a departure tax of $25 per person; they use
Australian currency but have their own stamps and form of government - oh!
and the locals don't pay income tax! A bit like Monaco of the South Pacific.
Norm gave it a 9 and a half (this from a man who disliked Bali).
