Hello All
To those who asked about tablemats and baskets.  Price range for the 
former $15-20 depending on size and complexity, and $50-80 for the 
baskets, again depending on size and complexity.  This includes postage.

A question about koels.  Although their beaks are usually largish and 
rather broad I've also seen birds with shorter, narrowish beaks.  Is this 
likely to be a racial characteristic?  There was a leukistic koel in my 
garden briefly this time last year.  The patterned tail and wings were 
light brown, underside white with little marking and the head (including 
crown and throat) white with a dark mark through the eye.  A very pretty 
bird.
