I always recommend to people wanting to revegetate to only put in plants
indigenous to the area.
Planting native Grevilleas and Bottlebrushes and other nectar producing
plants creates an unnatural situation where dominant species such as
Noisy Miners and Wattlebirds will drive out any smaller competing
Honeyeaters.
