Folks:
This is another of those postings I've wanted to send for some time but
somehow the quirks of my computer, mingled with the oddities of cyberspace,
held me back. Essentially I could never seem to iron out the wrinkles
involved in tryuing to set up a website.
Hopefully most of those gremlins have bnow een shown the back door and the
revamped site may be worth a brief visit both by Australian and overseas
birders wanting to know a little more about the Queensland Ornithological
Society and its related body, the Queensland Wader Study Group and their
activities.
I appreciate that I need to work on the Gallery page as the thumbnail
sketches continue to present a problem but hopefully that will be fixed by
the weekend.
I would of course appreciate any constructive comments from those who spend
a moment at the site.
