Like Michael Norris, I also do not have the problems listed.  Unlike Michael I use Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer so the eternal debate over Netscape and Internet Explorer does not apply.  It is simply a matter of correctly setting up Outlook.
 
A bigger concern for me is the continual repeating of previously sent messages in a reply.  Surely a quote of the appropriate part of the message which is being responded to is sufficient.  The easy (lazy?) way is to include the whole message.
 
A number of recent postings have included the original message, the first response, the next response ad nauseam.  What a waste of everyone's time.
