To All, 

Sorry if this message is inappropriate, but I am looking to upgrade my 
binoculars, and cost will obviously play an important role in the final choice. 
I 
have friends travelling to NZ and potentially Africa and they have offered to 
purchase bins duty-free on their return. 

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, are the discounts similar to 
the 
sales tax exempt prices offered to unis etc. I am looking at the usual 
Zeiss/Leica 10x40's
