I have a few questions

Good day all. I am new to the list, my name is Doreen and I am from the USofA.
I have been lurking about since joining. I was in Australia in '87 for a
month. I attended the Conference there in Gosford. I would love to return, but
with the special birds I keep, that might not be possible. 

The reason I am writing is that I would like to get Avian Magazines and
Publications from Australia. I am having a tough time getting a Money order in
Aussie money. And they said they won't take checks.......can anyone help with
this? Can I use one of my checks from the US?? Or a US Money Order? 

thank you in advance for any help you can give. I love reading posts about the
birds I saw when I was there.
