     Highlights in New South Wales over the last week are as follows:

     PLUMED WHISTLING DUCK      2 Bushell's Lagoon, Windsor 1/2
     AUSTRALIAN SHELDUCK        1 Bushell's Lagoon, Windsor 1/2
     PACIFIC BAZA       2 Appin, Wollongong up to 18/1
     GREY GOSHAWK       1 Dural, Sydney 27/1
     SPOTLESS CRAKE     2 Shortlands, Newcastle 8/2 and 3 Killalea Lagoon,
                        Shellharbour 1/2
     BAILLON'S CRAKE    1 Bushell's Lagoon, Windsor 1/2 and 1 Killalea
                        Lagoon, Shellharbour 1/2
     BLACK-TAILED GODWIT        1 McGrath's Hill STW, Windsor 1/2
     RUFF       1 female Kooragang Island, Newcastle 8/2
     COMMON SANDPIPER   2 Kooragang Island, Newcastle 8/2
     COMMON TERN        1 Leichhardt Bay, Sydney Hbr., 7/2
     YELLOW WAGTAIL     6 (that's not a typo!) Kooragang Island, Newcastle
     8/2 - three birds had been seen last weekend after the two birds in
     January
