Hi everyone.

I've had a few comments about my comments ...

I don't want to cut the humour off the list - that's what keeps us sane.
But please always think whether the best recipient is the WHOLE list, the
original sender, or your own selection of lucky recipients.

And remember, please 'keep it nice' 

We've had lots of people leaving the list lately, but not that many more
than normal.  It's a fluctuating thing.  There are places you can read it
via the web anyhow, but the messages take a lot longer to come through
that way.  I guess it depends what your priorities and interests are.

(I would be if I'd been able to get out to see the letter-winged kite and
the black-eared cuckoo, both within cycling distance :-(     )
