     Highlights in NSW over the last week are as follows:

     KING QUAIL 1 Cornwallis Rd., Richmond (Sydney) 15/2
     STUBBLE QUAIL      present Cornwallis Rd., Richmond 15/2
     FLUTTERING SHEARWATER      1 found alive under a bush Bankstown,
                                Sydney, released on coast 19/2
     PLUMED WHISTLING DUCK      43 returned to old locality following
                                recent rains Pugh's Lagoon, Richmond 15/2
     CRESTED HAWK       2 Devlin's Creek, Epping 21/2
     BLACK FALCON       2 Manila, NW of Tamworth 2/2
     BUFF-BANDED RAIL   2 Lees Reserve, Chittaway, Central Coast 16/2
     GLOSSY BLACK COCKATOO      2 Evan's Lookout, Blue Mountains 15/2
     KOEL       1 imm being fed by Noisy Friarbird - western edge of range
                Upper Manila, NW of Tamworth 16/2
     REGENT HONEYEATER  1 imm Barraba, NW of Tamworth 16/2 and 1 in a
                        garden Kenthurst, Sydney 5/2
     STRIPED HONEYEATER 3rd clutch raised Berkely Vale, Central Coast - not
     normally a species found east of the Dividing Range.
