On the subject of bird listing areas such as Australian Embassies and Antarctica. Another anomaly is Jervis Bay. It is technically part of the ACT and so Little Penguins breed in the ACT and Wedge-tailed Shearwaters can be seen from it! Do ACT listers count these on their ACT list?
