I am looking for a PDF copy of the Robert Galambos PhD dissertation May 1 1941 at Harvard University. I have wokrd some 25 years in this field and now have a mathematical algorithm which treats an incoming complex sound stream to generate a picture similar to what our eye would see. The algorithm works for CF and FM bats and for dolphins. It most likely explains the "cocktail party effect" of Colin Cherry. The Galambos Thesis has a translation of some of Spallanzani's work.
