Dear all, I'm Marta from Italy. I'm a PhD student and I'm thinking about some playback experiment on the fish Sciaena umbra (brown corb) at sea (close to the coast). The fish emits at low frequency, i.e. about 1.5 kHz. The Lubell company suggested me the following underwater loudspeaker: Aqua229 100W 4 ohm U/W speaker Aqua329 135W 4 ohm U/W speaker with the TOA CA-160 12 v.d.c. 60W PA amplifier. I do wander if anyone of you ever used them for scientific proposal. Thanks indeed, Marta <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< Dr. Marta Picciulin Laboratorio di Eco-etologia Riserva Naturale Marina di Miramare viale Miramare 349 34014 Trieste, Italy Tel. ++39 (0)40 224396 fax: ++39 (0)40 224636 e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.riservamarinamiramare.it |
