Yes Chris a Turquoise Parrot.  Out of it's normal range which is other side of the range - Southern Downs area.   It's an interesting turn up though being March; I also recorded one here at Lake Samsonvale (west of Brisbane)  in March 2019 - no idea if they have a tendency to disperse around this time of year?
