Hi Kirri,
The Canon 500mm f/4 series I lens is worth around $5-$5.5k - mostly they seem
to be selling at the lower end of that range.
The Canon 500mm f/4 series II lens is worth around $7-$7.5k currently when
available (new price is $13,500!)
