Comparison with the size of the fence wires and post means it is too small
for a raven.
Have you considered Common Myna? It would be about the right size and the
stance is about right. Eyes look too dark for an albino. Can't make out
the bare parts around the face which would be useful for ID. Possible
aviary escape, maybe from someone doing some selective breeding?
