Hi Phil,
I missed the UK Bird Fair this year but in July, Ilona and I had the privilege
of a guided tour through the Swarovski premises while we were on holiday in
Austria.
I have always been stoked on their quality and have also experienced the
wonderful service at Bird Fair but I was blown out by the company Head Office.

They gave us and hour and a half tour by ourselves. They showed us all the main
areas of production but also their energy conversion and conservation
initiatives.
Their staff benefits too were amazing from onsite training for school leavers
to a fully catered nursery and kindergarten for the parents of young kids. They
also offer grants for the staff to purchase battery assisted push bikes to
encourage people to keep fit and reduce vehicle time.

I would recommend anyone heading to Innsbruck to have a check of this amazing
place. I knew their product was awesome but I was very excited by the culture
of the company.

Regards

Steve Potter
