Our friend Maurice has just spotted a Torresian crow not far from his property at Bingil Bay, north side of Mission Beach, FNQ. It was up on a hill from him, too far for photo. We’ve never seen one here (we live by the coast) but Adrian Walker refers to then as “rare vagrant” in his 2007 booklet on birds of Mission Beach area. I wonder if other FNQers have seen crows about.
