FNQ definition

I’ve always taken FNQ to be the Tablelands and Cairns northwards. Jun Matsui 
and I are doing a Photoguide to the Birds of North Queensland which goes from 
Townsville northwards, we purposely avoided using FNQ as we went a tad too far 
south.
