Hi All, I apologise for the earlier mail without a readable photo...I hope this is OK!!! I have attached one of the dove I saw a few days ago in Jurong Park in Singapore. It could I guess be from anywhere and I certainly cannot find it. Someone suggested the Red Turtle dove but it lacks the bar on its neck. Any ideas? New World?
