6 December, from 9.20 to 9.50, large dispersed flock of WTNT over Brooms Head
heading north.

Started with ~200+ with a break of about 5 minutes before a smaller flock
building up to ~100 came from south and finally a scattered 20-30 came through.

Clear sunny day. Birds flew some distance out over the ocean which was
different as the beach front has always seemed to be their limit. (I merely
report it, and leave the analysis to others.)

The conservation battle is never finally won; the development battle is.
