there are a series of papers - essentially the genetic split between
assimilis and lamberti is deeper than between assimilis and amabilis
(lovely fairywren) of Cape York. This makes the origin of the bluish female
colouring more understandable anyway. And yes 'dulcis' and 'rogersi' and
'bernieri' are part of 'assimilis'.
