I strongly recommend Jetwing Tours I hope this email will do the business
for you. *We used them for a tour for 4 people
described in this blog
<http://franmartelephantsintanks.blogspot.com.au/2012/05/overall-summary.html>.
The company's response to the interesting events of 26 April
<http://franmartelephantsintanks.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/april-26-to-high-country.html>
was extremely good (as was everything else about the trip. In particular
the place we stayed on nights 1 and 2
<http://franmartelephantsintanks.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/april-17-recovery-and-acclimatisation.html>
was about the best accommodation we have stayed in anywhere..

Another company (recommended by a very experienced English friend) but a
bit more full-on birding is the Bird and Wildlife Team
<http://www.birdandwildlifeteam.com/why-would-you-choose-bird-and-wildlife-team/>.

These are the two main birding companies in Sri Lanka: Jetwing is bigger
overall (do coach tours as well as the small stuff). Although competitors
they get on well with each other and we met BWT parties a couple of times.
