G’day I was working my way through the 2017 IOC v7.1 checklist and noticed a newly described race of the Aus Ringneck - B. z. parker. IOC refers to "Forshaw & Joseph, 2016” and notes its range is NE South Australia, SW Queensland. Does anyone have any information on this race [e.g. a map of its distribution and how it differs from B. z. barnardi [the “Mallee Ringneck”]?
