Hi all,
Sorry for the delay in replying to your requests for help. In my opinion this
is a Great Frigatebird, most likely of the western Indian Ocean subspecies
Fregata minor aldabrensis. An illustrated explanation of my reasons is attached
in a word document. Cheers,David James,Sydney ==============================

Hi David, Neil and all,
Thank you for keeping me in the loop as I am really curious to know the
species. The Frigatebird was last seen here on the Northwest coast of
Zanzibar a week ago - so I had sightings daily between the 20th January
and the 4th of February. Very grateful for Friedemann's visit and
photographs to document the sighting. Looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards,
Tammy
