Hi Tania,
If your friend only wants to see more seabirds, but not necessarily add
them to an Australian list, they might be better going to New Zealand -
once things are sorted out from their earthquake - and going on the pelagic
from Kaikoura. It is a much shorter trip (maybe 20 - 30 minutes) compared
to a couple of hours, and they would see some of the birds a pelagic from
western Vic. would provide, and some others as well.
